Attention all BHS Wrestlers  

The Sandwich Wrestling team is starting their Captains Practice's and they would like to invite any and all of the Barnstable and Nauset wrestlers to attend!

They will be held at Compass Athletics in Sandwich ..(click the link for info)

Workouts will begin on Sunday, October 5th from 5pm to 6:30pm and continue each Sunday up until the season starts.  There will be a modest $5 matt fee for each wrestler and all practices will be monitored by an adult with coaching experience

This is a great opportunity to stay in wrestling shape and the location is very convenient
